Refund policy
*At this time of unfortunate events I am not accepting returns/exchanges due to everyone's safety and health in relation to COVID19. I will notify everyone when I will start accepting returns/exchanges and the following policy will apply, Thank you for your support and understanding*
I have a 3-day return/store credit policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return/store credit.
To be eligible for a return/store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/store credit, you can contact me at nikkileellc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/store credit will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for store credit such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). I also do not accept returns/store credits on undergarments. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with your store credit.
Refunds
At this time I do not offer refunds, only a store credit will be given. I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your store credit to be updated/distributed.
